- Why can’t I join ePack?
- ePack accounts are created right before the start of the semester, so you will not be able to log in until mid August. If you still can’t log in by then, please email Leslie Rand-Pickett for assistance at lcrandpi@ncsu.edu.
- How can I get my resume reviewed?
- Please forward your resume to arnovint@ncsu.edu to have it reviewed. In addition, feel free to make an appointment using this link to discuss your resume edits.
- How can I find internships to apply to?
- Start by reviewing this spreadsheet. Then visit this page for more resources.
- When should I start applying for internships?
- As soon as possible. However, be aware that some internship applications may not open until fall around September or October.
- How many internships should I apply for?
- Most students apply to anywhere from 100 to 1000 internships. You may have to apply to 100-500 internships to get 1-5 interviews.
- How many interview calls can I expect?
- There is typically a 5% response rate for interviews. This means that if you apply to 100 internships, you may receive a preliminary interview for 5 internships. This is not a rule, but it is a good guideline to follow.
