Present at the sessions
Need to workshop a research idea? Want to get feedback on your work? Want to practice presenting to a group of peers?
Consider signing up to present your research at the CSC Career Services Center Lunch and Learn Series.

This series aims to provide an informal setting for CSC PhD students to meet and discuss each others’ research. Each 1-hour session will feature 3 student presentations (20 minutes each). If you choose to present, you can decide how you would like to spend that time. Some options may include: a practice conference presentation (15 min presentation 5 min Q&A), workshop (10 min presentation, 10 min Q&A), a project/poster demo (20 min presentation/Q&A).  Attendees are invited to bring their own lunch if desired.

Join CSC Career Services Center in a lunch-and-learn style event to hear about fellow CSC PhD students’ research while eating your lunch. This is a great way to learn about other areas of research, see examples of research presentations from other students and build a supportive network. Topic presented this week will be Interpretable Code-Informed Learning Analytics for CS Education, and the group will also discuss lessons learned with planning studies/experiments. Lunch will NOT be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their own.  GSA meeting & PhD Tea Time will follow after this discussion. Questions? Contact Leslie Rand-Pickett, lcrandpi@ncsu.edu
